Service Description

90 minute therapeutic massage including modalities that will be discussed beforehand to cater to your specific needs. This may include deep tissue, craniosacral techniques, myofascial techniques, cupping, gua sha, assisted stretching, swedish relaxation and other forms of bodywork to help you accomplish your goals for the session. If there are specific modalities you are interested in, please discuss them with the practitioner when discussing your treatment plan and intake before the session
